I say NO.
You have rent, gas, electric, cable, phone, insurance, water......food, clothes, etc.
You have to live in the dumpest part of a state. That sucks. More crime there.
Its summer so you can live in a tent in the woods. |

No way, Jose!!!! Unless you're still living at home!!! You'd be GROSSING approximately $480.77 per week (you may net $100.00 or more LESS per week, depending on taxes taken out and medical/dental coverage that you have to pay for, 401K, etc..). Here in NJ rents for a STUDIO apartment START at $950 per month!!! IF you have absolutely NO bills, you MAY be able to afford to live on $25k/year!!! Take into consideration gas, wear and tear on your vehicle, vehicle maintenance (oil, brakes, etc..), food, utilities, "niceties" such as cable, Laundromat, if you don't have a place that allows you to bring in a washer and dryer, right off the bat, that's what comes to mind!! Oh, yes, forgot about "savings" JUST in case of emergency!!!! |

Providing that you don't live in CA, NY, AZ and have absolutely no debt in your name...then YES. Then maybe you could buy some Velveeta shells and cheese for all of your meals. It sounds like enough but the cost of living is going up so fast that before you know it, a box of cereal will be $10. |
