It is a scam. Do not give out any personal information in response to this message.
If you already have sent them information, put a freeze on your credit reports, so that no one can open credit accounts in your name. (You'll have to go through extra steps if you want to open new credit accounts yourself, but preventing fraud is well worth it.)
If you have given out your bank account number in response to this (or any other) email, contact your bank immediately. You need to close your account and transfer the funds to a new account with a different number. |

what a coincidence. i just received an email today from the prince of zaire, that told me about a great grandfather i never knew about was an outcast member of the zaire royal family, and they had been trying to track me down for 29 years. now that they've found me, they want to wire me my inheritance of 36 million dollars. all i have to do is pay the wire fees. wow, we must be the luckiest two guys on earth |

Its a scam. I am a personal banker and I just had a client fall victim to this same scam. They told him he needed to open an off shore account to receive this money, he thought it was a guy that he knew when he lived over seas that left him the money, so of course money grammed them $6000 so he can start this account. Of course with money gram there is no real way of finding out who received the money, the money is not traceable. |

I got the same emil from the bank of scottland and they will be transfering 6.5 million to my account also. Remember their is a sucker born every minute and if you fall for this old scam it looks like your one of them. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!! |
