I had some lady ask for money so she could buy food for her family. I didn't have any but I had a granola bar type thing and asked if she wanted it and she said no. Which I think is stupid. Beggars can't be choosers as it's said.

hey, I knew a bum that stood in front of a bank machine, asking people for toonies...a Canadian $2 coin all day long and then drove home in his mercedes!!
There was a "sticker lady" who would also walk up and down Yonge Street in Toronto, handing out stickers and saying she was raising money for her kids!! She was cute as hell and flirty..so tons of guys would give her cash. As it turns out, her KIDS were married, and She lived with her husband in an upscale neighborhood!! I remember she was exposed in the front pages of the newspaper like 15 years after she started.
Just recently a guy asked me for some change..and when I said i didn't have any, he had the nerve to say..that's OK a five will do!!!! |
