LOL. No, no job=no loan. EVen if you had one your credit score is a deal-breaker.
How would you pay this money back? It appears you can't.

The single most important number in determining if you qualify for a home EQUITY loan is home equity. You said nothing to suggest you have any. The normal rule is the total of you mortgage AND the equity line can't be more than 80% of you home's value.
The second most important number in ANY loan is the ability to repay. With no income, you have ZERO ability to repay.
Finally, your credit score is in the BOTTOM 25% of all possible FICO scores.
Your only chance at a HELOC would be if the bank WANTED to foreclose on your home. IN the current environment, they don't what to foreclose on the homes they have no option NOT to foreclose on. |

Low 500's is not a good credit score. And being without a steady source of income makes it next to impossible to borrow money. Your best bet might be to sell your home and rent. Good luck. |
