I've turned 16 recently, I find myself in my 25k new car and my 200$ sunglasses on with my 10000$ credit card and relize that I am a spoiled rich kid? I do very very well in school yet my parents give me everything I want, not that I take advantage ofi t but its starting to bother me....I dnot have a job and dont have to get one over the summer |

yep, you sound pretty spoiled to me...
"i dnot have a job and dont have to get one over the summer"..just because you have wealthy parents doesn't mean it's not time to learn how to stand on your own 2 feet. it wouldn't hurt you to work a couple of hours a week this summer. perhaps VOLUNTEER your time to those less fortunate since you're so well off (well your parents are at least). |

You may not be a spoiled rich kid, but I gotta be honest with you -- I think your parents are pretty dumb for giving you all that stuff. One of my daughters is a doctor and she doesn't have any of the stuff you have. She drives a $10k car, wouldn't dream of buying $200 sunglasses, and has a debit card, not a credit card. The biggest risk someone in your position has is that you will never appreciate what it's like to have nothing...and that's a sad place to be because you can't relate to the rest of us. |
