i do a very stressull job as a prison officer for little money,i have a family to support and im always maxed out of my wage and overdraft before the 2nd week of the month,,its hard to keep smiling,and its only because i love my wife and 3month year old daughter that ikeep going.
So please anyone out there in cyber space who have any ideas to help me earn my pride back and help me pay my bills without worrying about being evicted.

Another tip is perhaps to start a dog walking business, so you walk other people's dogs whilst they are at work. It will get you out into the fresh air, and is an easy way to get exercise - to take you away from the stress of your prison officer job. |

Visit a few bars/taverns and ask about tap cleaning.
I have a second job of doing this. It consists of dismantling a beer tap system in a bar and cleaning it. Easy work. Just earned an extra 60 bucks in 4 hrs today.
2 taps (beer lines), 13 minutes in and out, 7 dollars. Not bad.

Hello
Have you checked that you have the best deals on your gas/electric/mortgage/phone etc. Check comparsion sites,we saved quite a bit changing our gas/electric.Then see if here are any other saving you can make ie..switching to 'own brands' at the supermarket.Freecycle are quite good if need anything for the home..ie furniture /washing machnes.
As for making extra cash,do you have any skills...DIY,gardening ,you could put a card up in the newsagents window.
A friend of mine signed her child up as a baby/child model ,did very well,gave her a real buzz when she opened a magazine to find her little one in there.Stopped when her little one ,said they didn't want to do it any more.......Thats given me another idea ,what about working as an extra !
I hope you find a solution to your woes,please don't worry too much,and enjoy your baby and wife.Some things are more important than money.

know anyone that owns a house and would like to have it paid off in 1/2 to 1/3 the time, saving thousands if not hundreds of thousands in interest. I'll give you 300.00 dollars for anyone that you know that you refer to me and they buy this product.
Here is how it works... The program that I am talking about is called united first financial (or U1st). It is a software program that prompts you to pay more towards your principle during the year. The idea behind it is using a home equity line of credit (heloc) in place of your checking and savings account. By doing this you are canceling interest on your heloc by your income coming into it. Its only charged on a daily average balance so you want to keep as much money in heloc as you can.
(Example... 3000 on line already, pay your bills for that month and it takes the balance up to 8000, then you deposit your money which drops it back down to 2500.00, with the daily average balance you'll only pay on the 2500. and not the 8000.)
Well once you let your income work down your heloc, it wont allow you to put more money than you have drawn, so you transfer over a couple thousand to your first mortgage. Then put your income back in, repeating the process a few times a year...resulting in 1/2 to 1/3 the time frame to payoff your house. Also saving hundreds of thousands in interest.
