You are allowed one free credit report per year from each of the 3 credit agencies. You can print your report from the website for free. Use the link below. It's free as long as you don't sign up for other fee services offered by the credit agencies. Stick with the simple credit report.

i have not found any yet i hate it when they have u fill out all the information and then clear at the end ask for money why not put that at the front so u are not sitting there wasting ur time filling it all out makes me so mad |

Yes, FreeCreditReport.com is free although you do need to give a valid Credit Card number when you sighn up. You just need to cancell your Subscription before the 30 day Trial membership.

I haven't found one. They say they are, but I tried getting one and it was like I had to pay 10 dollars and join the site, then I could get a free credit report. Not really free. |

Most of them are free for 30 days and as soon as that 30 day period ends, they hit you up with a big fee on your credit card that they required you provide fom the beginning. You can obtain a free credit report from each of the credit bureaus once a year. The three credit bureaus are:
Experian
Equifax
TransUnion
This is totally free of cost and will not effect your credit because you are entitled to be allowed to check your own credit free of cost once a year. |

Typically no. You have to sign up for a service and then cancel it right away so you don't get charged. You're better off writing to each credit agency and requesting your free copy of your credit report. I believe that you are entitled to 1 free copy from each each year. |

I never gave a credit card number.....nor did I have to subscribe to anything.
But....they won't give you your credit " score "...that you have to pay for. |

Visit any of the credit reporting bureas online. Federal law allows you one free report from each once per year. You can request your report, download it, and also print right from their websites. If you are leary about providing information online you can call them and request a snail mail copy. They will not ask you for a CC#

Depending on where you go and whom you go through. I have come across a lot that expect you to pay for your credit report. But if you search a search engine and go through the process of trial and error you will find one that does not. But let me say before you enter any of your personal information onto a credit report web site, find out if you have to pay first, or go to your better business bureau and see if they are listed, if they are not back out and walk away from that site. Go somewhere else that is worth your time, so that they can't take any of your personal information. Hope this helps. |
