No. Too many foreclosures and stale or falling housing prices. If they were to give you 100% financing, you could have more debt than house in a few months. In the recent past when prices were going up constantly you could take out 100% mortgage and have 20% equity just through appreciation in a short period of time. Since that isn't happening and mortgage lenders are feeling the sting of foreclosures, 100% will not be possible, especially with bad credit. |

What are you considering as bad credit?
VA and Rural loans still do 100% mortgages. Credit score needs to be about a 580 to 585 for these two programs. Different criteria for accounts in collections. Rural housing requires collections to be paid or proof payments are being made on collection accounts. There are different guidelines to each. Rural Housing may be the way to go for you. Plus the best part of these two loan programs is no PMI. |

nope~ there is no longer 100% financing (unless you use a special first time buyers program) and any companies that tell you they can do 100% financing - read the fine print or you'll be sorry - good luck |

If you are in the UK I don't think there are any lenders who will and even if they did the interest rate is likely to be around double bank rate or more |
