I have found none to be legit and have researched these opportunities for over 4 years. If you ever consider a place I would suggest you check the Better Business Bureau website to ensure they are registered. A few I came across were not registered, but listed with the BBB due to outstanding consumer complaints that went unanswered. They have an entire article about at home business opportunities and it clearly states most of these ventures the offices are not even really located where they claim to be. |

Saw something on the news about this. A lady ordered the "work from home" kit from TV and they sent her a book with 75 companies listed in it with work from home opportunities. She called all 75 places and not one of them was offering a position like that.... she tried to get her money back from the company and they refused, even though there was a 'satisfaction guarantee.' |

There are many survey websites, but realitically you may not able to make lots of money by taking surverys. There is abig hype about surveys and data entry jobs on internet, but promises are seldom dilivered by these companies/websites. It is worth doing other work at home jobs then taking survey.
Data entry job are big hit on the internet. Hundreds of scam makers are targeting people who want to work online as
data entry worker from home. But in reality they are very few data entry jobs. The only place where you can find data entry work is online marketplace, like guru.com, elance.com,
ifreelance,com. Here you have to bid for every data entry projects. This is the only legitimate place to find data entry
work.
Be cautious, internet is full of work at home scams of all types. |

Here are my opinions...
Many, many, many opportunities out there are real and true. But... there are probably equal or more claims out there that are absolute rubbish and scams. You have answered part of your question, yourself! If they are too good to be true, they probably are.
You should indeed first try to understand and learn the basics of what makes a successful internet marketer and what makes it otherwise.
While you definitely must apply care and caution in choosing your new online income opportunity, you must be equally careful of people who tell you that "every" offer and opportunity to make money on the internet is a scam. Such answers, as you can imagine, comes only because the responder has not experienced any success himself / herself and has perhaps tried and failed earlier.
Well, someone else's success can be yours too. But someone's failure need not be yours.
My only recommendation is that while there is nothing wrong in exploring such opportunities as those you have mentioned, try to identify your own niche area where you can slowly establish your own profitable online business. It is truly worth the while.

Paid Surveys do exist however most work for US citizen only and NEVER pay anyone to get info for joinning survey sites as they're all 100% free. Just do a search on Google will do.
Many or almost all home typist job just want you to type ads and put around in various places like forums etc and you will ONLY be paid when someone like you bought their package so stay away from all these.

Hello, I do work with a wholesale health/wellness site. I am a customer as well, but endorse their products.
The site is a wholesale site, similar to SamsClub or Costco, so just like there, I pay a membership fee for the year. Right now that is $14.50 with a 120 day guarantee, that I you could get back if for any reason you don't like it, and it's 60days with products. So I have access to all the products they offer at wholesale prices. Just like Sams or Costco. But in endorsing the products I get paid by the company for signing more customers. In my book that beats Sams or Costco, since when do they write you a check for refering a customer?? Like NEVER....so that is why I like to do this. Plus the products I have access to are completely nontoxic, and safe for my entire family and the environment.
Ex - just the other day my 4yr old daughter got blue ink on white carpet. I mixed up some cleaning solution, and she cleaned it up..........I would not trust any other product in a 4yr olds hand.
