Deliver newspaper, help your neighbors with chores, baby sit kids or pet sit. You can also sell anything that is yours but you no longer want it. Collect cans to recycle. Have a bake sell. Lots of stuff! |

some tim hortons' will hire you or try to find a job like babysitting or cutting grass you could also find someone you know to hire you because they know you and maybe trust you to do stuff no matter your age |

It depends on where you live. Some places will hire you at 14 years old with a work permit but you have to keep your grades up in order to keep the permit. Try applying at fast food places to start off with like McDonalds or something like that. If you're too young for that then I suggest mowing lawns, baby sitting or doing odd jobs around your neighbors houses, BUT neighbors you know. |

get as many part time jobs as you can
as long as you can handle the work-load....if your real serious, go tell your perents to get you a working certificate...or something to that extent, it allows 14 year old to work in the work-force....best job for you...dishwasher at a really good restaraunt...some of them are paying 12-13 dollars an hour just for washing dishes, and I'm sure you'd find one that would hire you, and you wouldn't make any less than 10 an hour.......if you don't want to go that far
try getting a paper route, call up the herald, the sun and the globe
Find a flyer route, and the beauty of these is you can do them any time of the day, so you can deliver newspapers before school, and than flyers on your way home.
When you get home either ask your parents if they have work they have any paying jobs for you, if not, get a shovel...well the snow just melted, but give it a try anyways, shovel some walks, offer to clean up someones yard, people hate doing that.
Ummm, yeah I think that's about it....legally
I hate to say it, but you won't make even close to as much doing any, or all of that as you would with this job.
Now I'm not recommending this, because I actually think it's a bad idea, but since I am a neutral person, with as much information as I have.
A job that a 14 year old can do to make LOTS of money, become a drug runner.....again it's only an option, and a dangerous one at that....but it is out there, and if you really need a lot of money fast and have the connections.....you can make a lot of money doing it
after all a lot of the greatest families in the world became rich by selling alcohol when it was still illegal. |

wow, 14 is really too young to start looking for a job! But maybe it's really different with your situation. At 14, I was too busy hanging out with friends and having sleep overs and talking about boys! At 16, you can get a work permit from your high school that lets your work certain hours pretty much anywhere, except those that say 18 and older.
In the meantime, get good grades and watch for birthday money. You can do babysitting too, but then that is hard because my dad was so strict with me that he didn't let me babysit. In fact, he never did! Anyway, you can also try earning money by selling stuff at a garage sale. You can offer to pet sit a neighbor's pet. you can also ask your parents of any "under the table" jobs. When I was 12, my mom and dad enrolled in this home assembly business. I sowed jewerly material together at home. Maybe your parents can set up an acount for you on ebay or Amazon? And then they can do the shipping. Or you can share an account with them. Also, at 14, your aunts and uncles should love you enough to get a hint of what you want. If the money is for something you want, just save up. You don't have any bills to pay so you can easily save up for a used playstation. |

I will advise you to look out for an option to work online. I am a full time worker doing work online at home, so I can share my personal experience with you. When u are planning for a home based online work, be very careful because most of them are scam and ask you to pay initial money. never pay money to any such site. I would like to share a link where you can make $600 in a month working at home. The work need to be done is posting a discussion and answering a discussion. the link is:
http://tinyurl.com/yhzzph
if you will work hard you can even make $1000 or more.. it all depends on your usage pattern. I worked for 1 hour daily last month and i got paid $238 for the last month. Its not bad after all, i am happy and making more. After sign up, do mail me to know the tips on how to increase your earning.
Please let me know, if you have any queries. I will try my best to give you right answer |
