I have just taken over tenancy for a three bedroomed house in the midlands. I have never had to pay bills before so all a bit new. Trying to work out on average my Water, Gas and Electric will be each month.. There is Two adults and Two babies in the house and our current supplier is Npower....Others have advised of 40 pound a month for each...Does this seem right? Any ideas??? |

I am on a budget in the Northeast US. My monthly budget is $350.00 per month. We use electric and gas.
Call your service provider to get an estimate on what the previous tenant used. But remember, people use appliances differently. For instance, we are home all day, so the heat is on all day. Along with the TV, radio, lights, etc. It is also a 3 bedroom, plus heated basement.
In the summer, we have our pool running 24/7 , plus our taxes are supposed to be the highest in the nation.

Yeah I would say that was about right for your gas and electricity...you might be pushing £60 each during the colder weather though. As for your water rates...mines is £24.00 a month...not sure what yours is. Ask the local council as its them you pay it too. |

Electric, Summer-$125.00 with 2 a/c's Winter $100.00 with an Eden Pure
Natural Gas, Summer-$50.00 Winter-$150-$200 |

cable is 75..w internet.
electric this past time was 150.
(i have one kid who is never off video games and they say the ps 3 and xbox 360 suck your electric.)
