Hi,
I am sorry to say that I doubt very much you will get a loan given your circumstances. The reasons:
1. You have no security. You could easily default payment and the lender would not be able to recoup its losses.
2. You have no income to repay the loan.
3. The repayments would be higher than your current benefit income.
The only possibility is that you have a business idea and can prove to a bank that it is worth pursuing.

But you'd need to have some savings with them first
to show that you can handle money properly
