hi ive tried everwere that i can think of but keep getting refused as my credit rating is bad,i need to get a loan as i need to pay off arrears of council tax,ive asked them to add it to existing council tax that i pay but have refused,they say its now going to baliffs,so all i can think of is to get a loan |

Go down and see them in person. Try once more. Get them to add it up and increase your monthly payments. If you get a loan now, will you be able to pay it back?
Can you get another job, part time in a bar or something?
Get some extra money in.

Why not explain to the council you are having difficulties with paying your council tax and arrange for a payment plan to pay back the debt. I am sure the council will help you if you are indeed struggling.
Also consider going the citizen advice bureau as they can help you too. Please do not get a loan - you will end up worse off in the long run as most loan companies charge extortionate amounts of interest. |

Go to the Citizen's Advice Bureau immediately (well first thing tomorrow).
You shouldn't get a loan, because you will have to pay an extortionate amount of interest, and that is not fair or right.
If it has gone to bailiffs, prepare a letter explaining that you cannot pay the amount in full, but are willing to pay XX amount a week to pay off what is owed. I am sure that they are not able to turn down a reasonable offer.
The CAB will be able to help you word letter, and tell you exactly how to deal with the situation without borrowing more money.

Hi the bailiffs will work out a payment plan for you and it will be cheaper than a loan as bad credit loans charge very high interest |

well if it goess to baliffs you sort out a payment system so you can pay it monthly. they will charge a levy fee but itll prob be cheaper than a loan and as long as you cheap up with the payments youll be fine,
or go and see your local cab theyll help you out and let you know |
