For goodness sake set up a paypal account first - never pay direct to a seller as you have no insurance.
You set up account with paypal and you then pay them and they pay the seller on your behalf - follow the instructions, it is really easy to do.

As long as you have a verified bank account through paypal, then yes. I would work on gettin that paypal account established first as it takes a little time to get it to go through because you hafta verify some things before you can use it. Paypal is the best way to go no matter. Some ebay sellers who have stores will just automatically accept your debit card number. This is something that all depends on what form of payment the seller will accept. Check that out before bidding/purchasing. Thats the best advice I can give. |

register the account on ebay in your parent's name and then the same for the paypal. add your debit card as one of the cards on paypal and then pay with the paypal for your item, making sure you select your debit card at the checkout. |

Most eBay traders take PayPal and you can pay via Debit Card using PayPal. |

The best solution is to create a PayPal account (free) and associate it with your bank. Your accounts are protected from view and PayPal is recognized by most online merchants. |

Some sellers will accept credit/debit card payments much like a shop does. You will have to read their payment details. Otherwise join paypal. |

As long as you sign on to PayPal and have money. I buy off ebay and they have never asked my age.....just my credit card number. |
