Between work and commuting, my husband can't get to the bank on weekdays. When we're busy on weekends, his paychecks can sit around for weeks without being deposited. Definitely! My husband does it for me all the time. As long as he endorses the check you can. Depositing funds to for someone else to their account poses no fraud risk whatsoever. What do you have to gain by putting the entire sum of a check issued to someone else in their bank account? I used to be a bank teller and now I work in the credit card fraud prevention department at Bank of America. This is a very common occurrence in the banking industry.
Bank tellers see this type of stuff every day so its not a problem. |

Sure you can
get a stamp that says
"for deposit only"
or just write those words in the signature line where he would endorse the check. Fill out a deposit slip that comes with your checks and submit the slip along with the check(s) to the teller.
Be prepared to show ID. |

If you have joint accounts, then you can deposit your husband's checks. However, you cannot cash those checks because they are in his name. Yes, you can deposit the checks into your joint accounts. |

You can deposit them into any account with his name on the account even without a signature.
My ex actually deposits my child support checks for me this way on occasion when he doesn't have time to come out this way -- the bank is closer than my house to him so if his visitations don't happen it's easier for both of us. |

Just Have him sign it and when you go to deposit it you will need to sign under his signature at the bank. Thats what my wife used to do before we had direct deposit. |

His company is one of the few that do not have direct deposit then. Yes, you can deposit them, and so can anyone else. I often deposit checks from a trust fund for the son of a friend of mine (he gets off work after the bank closes). |
