Your quarrel is with your husband, not his girlfriend's employer. He's the one who's responsible for this mess. You can sue him for divorce if that's what you feel is best - and it sounds like it would be, from what you say.

Your primary concern should not be whether or not you can sue someone. You should file for divorce and find someone who is actually interested in being a good husband. Don't waste your time or energy on revenge - it won't actually make you happier and is not productive. Instead focus on making a fresh start. |

U can sue anyone. FOr any reason. Will you win? mmmm maybe not. They are consenting adults (if they are adults) and should be acountable for their actions. If it wasnt at work it would ve happened somewhere else, perhaps. I know how hurt you feel, and perhaps revengeful , but the best thing u can do is either work things out with him, or cut him out of ur life. Some people make mistakes...like sleeping with one women a few times and then getting back on track. Others fall out completely and its obvious they didnt give a **** about hurting you. You gotta be the judge in this one. |

No you cannot sue her employer. They did NOTHING to facilitate the affair.......he and she did that on their own.

The only lawyer you need to talk to is a divorce lawyer - RIGHT NOW!! He/she can advise you on how to legally separate your husband's debts from your own. Suing the employer is futile and would take money that you (probably) don't have. It isn't the employer's fault. Your husband has chosen to do these things. Put the blame where it belongs. And if you continue to stay with him, YOU will be the facilitator.
