Yes, and they can deposit your check or give it back to you if you are overdrawn on your account, but they wont cash it. So they can look at anything on your account. |

If you asked them too. I am sure they are looking at your account activity when you make a deposit or withdraw.
But, if you're asking when you leave the bank and they secretly go into your account and look up where you took money from last night, Umm...That would be negative. They are monitored under the eye. Why would anyone be that dumb. |

Don't know for sure about Bank of America but I had a friend who was a teller and she could look at it even while your not there to conduct business.
The tellers at Arvest Bank used to see it when they opened up my account for deposits and withdrawals. I'm not sure if they still can though. |

They've done it to me before.
They have multiple screens - and they can see everything. It can be a good thing, but is also a little worrysome!
I had a friend who worked at a bank - a good friend of ours came into her bank, and she pulled up his business account, and immediately "advised" him NOT to deposit his check. (The State Comptroller's had put a judgement on the account, and his entire check would have been "zapped"). So, sometimes, it pays to know your banker/teller. |

yes they can. Its an information readily available to tellers in case depositors would like to inquire qbout them. If what you're asking is If they can still access their database about your transactions, the answer is still yes specially if you're account had a transaction that day. They are given access to this information because:
1. That information is part of the data that they use in their regular routine, such as customer inquiry, deposits and withdrawals, check clearings, etc..;
2. They need access to it since they perform balance reconciliation on a daily basis after banking hours.
In all these instances, the computer system will log anybody who has access the information.
If your concern is if its legal for them to access and look at your banking transactions, the answer is yes. What is illegal, I believe, is when they misuse this information, like sharing it with other people without your permission or a court order or making use of this information for personal gain. |

Yes, but not without a good reason. If they need to deposit or withdraw from your account, then they will need to look at you information. They might also look at it if they suspect that someone is withdrawing from your account with out your permission or if you are suspected of doing something illegal. If you are really worried about your account's privacy, ask your local Bank of America what their privacy policy is reguarding accounts. |

Not without your permission, or without reason (ie, you're trying to withdraw more money than you have left in your account). Just use the ATM if you're worried. |
