Yes she can! Peoples accounts are suppose to be private and no information is allowed to be given to Anyone without the Account holders permission, unless that is the person acquiring the Info has a Court order. |

Yes, a teller can get into trouble for giving out information on another customers account. That is something banks can get sued for because that is suppose to be confidential. |

Yes, this is consider a breach of confidentiality. Because when a person opens a bank account only the person on that account can receive that information pertaining to their own account. To help gain better understanding of your question go to any local bank and ask to speak to the president of that branch. Then ask your question that you have posted. |

yeah,they probably can coz it's a general assumption that when one banks,their personal info and their banking records are kept strictly confidential.Depending on the contents of the contract,it cud be seen as a breach of contract between the parties involved and the customer probably wud be well within their right to sue. |
