Yes. You need to go to the bank with a parent/guardian and talk that all out with someone from the bank and you can get a debit card. It's really simple because you already have a bank account, so it shouldn't take long. |

I think it depends on your bank, but I'm pretty sure you can get a debit card. You'll probably need your parents to cosign for you. And since you're still young, I'm sure you don't have a job, so you'll have to really watch what to spend, but this is a good time to learn responsibility with money. |

Yes, I had a debt card when I was that age. My account was tied to my parents, so it was a seperate account but still under their name and everything. I have Wells Fargo. |

Yes, you can...but if you have a bank account at 13 it means that one of your parents has also their name into the account.
So, you must take that person with you to the bank.
A debit card is a ATM card with a Visa logo that will allowed you to withdrawal money from your checking account ONLY not a saving account. See your bank for details. |

No I don't think you can unless your bank has a special debit card for teens!! You can get an ATM card and withdrawal your money that way or you can just have your parents use their debit card!! PS. How did you get $700?? |

only with parental consent (and even then it might vary from bank to bank some might not let you sign up for checking that young even with parental consent) |

No I don't think you can get an actual debit card at 13,But you can get a savings. Talk it over with your parents. |

You can, when you use the card it will take the money straight out of the account for you. But since you are a minor your parents will need to sign some papers for you to get it. Let me warn you that if you spend over whatever is in your bank account the charges will stack up. |
