Send them a written letter canceling your membership, retroactive to the date when you first called them. Call your credit card company and dispute the charges. I think they will be able to credit you back three months.
You can always ask for a new card to be issued. But charges to the old card may sometimes automatically be charged to your new account. Be careful in future not to give your credit card numbers out, unless it is to pay your utility or phone bills etc. |

With a charge on the credit card, this fee could be disputed, and the Credit card would help you get it removed.
With the Debit Card you are on your own. Closing you Debit Card would not help. You need to get on this issue yourself, and insist that you have called before requesting that the Monthly charge be removed, during the cancellation time for this product that you are still being charged for. Ask to speak to a Manager if they are not following through on your request.Do not let them give you a hassle, insist that this should have been canceled the first time you called. |

I think that the reason that your subscription has not been cancelled is that you have not given written notice. By asking for a cancellation over the phone may not be good enough. Phone once again and ask them for a fax number that you can fax a letter to indicating your intentions. What i think you should do is post a letter to them. Make a copy and have it certified and fax the certified copy. When you phone again, ask to speak to someone who is responsible for membership subscriptions. Address your letter to him/her. It is important that you write down the person's name and surname so that if you notice that you are still being charged every month, you can speak to the person directly. |

You would need to close your account and open a new one. the company doesn't use you debit number, they now have your account number. Go into your bank and explain to them that those charges aren't permitted. They will tell you how to fix it. |

Your best bet would to be to contact the bank that your card is through. They should be able to give you a new number. They can't prove that you lost it. |

You need to contact your bank and let them know that you want to dispute the charges. If you canceled with the company then they cannot charge you and your bank should take care of the charges...maybe not all, but they will certainly stop allowing the company to charge you. |

You can report your card lost and get a new card. However, you can also call your card provider and dispute the charge. If you canceled the service, you shouldn't still be receiving charges. |

Call them again and tell them these charges are unauthorized and you are going to report them..get their attention. I had the same thing happen to me once and had to get down right ugly with them..you shouldn't have to go thru all the hassle to get a new card. |

Yes!....just call yoru bank..they will cancel your card...and ship a new one out......make sure you trash the old one..and be more careful with your card next time. I had that happen to me..an dit NEVER happened again. |

No...contact your bank. If they charge your card and you have canceled it..then, the bank may make you pay for it and may even send you to to bank creditors. Not good. Contact your bank ASAP about the charges. |
