ABSOLUTELY NOT!! NO, DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT.
Save yourself a big headache and your wallet and deal with a well known reputable company.

no lender would loan their money without meeting the debtor.
overseas loan normally ask only for your personal particulars and either your identity card or driving licence or anything that has your photo on it. and later they will ask you to remit money for all the charges, tax, etc.etc but the loan never comes to you.

NO. Never trust moneylenders, PERIOD. They just want your money, and ones that are overseas are even more untrustworthy.

Hmmm. Normally overseas banks do not lend out of their own jurisdiction because of collection costs being too high in case a loan goes bad. Iw ould exert extreme caution and only deal with a licensed entity in a reliable country. If you are being asked for up front loan application fees that is the scam right there.
