I'd suggest furthering your education. Many companies today even offer reimbursement for it. By furthering your education, you increase your value to the company and therefore, you become qualified for promotions and raises. (And even if that company doesn't recognize you, perhaps another one will and give the the proper compensation.)
Also, if you feel you deserve more than you are making in your current position, consider speaking to your boss or supervisor but make sure you approach them with a good case...have all of your reasons/qualifications outlined clearly for them. |
