Yes, if I try hard enough. It's very difficult in a city like Vancouver, Canada, with the highest real estate prices and pretty much the highest cost for EVERYTHING! But if you stick to your budget, and have a very good set of friends, you can hold on to it virtually anywhere in the world! |

I've durn near kilt myself tryin' but the stuff keeps on flyin'!!!! I get some saved, the car breaks down...something inexpensive? Heck no! Savings on its way to being rebuilt...hubby gets a ticket driving 40 in a 20 school zone with children present!!! Could have screamed. lol He said he was thinking about something and didn't notice...guess who drives when I'm with him? So here we go again...get even more money saved...my oldest and most wonderful kitty gets sick and needs treatment that costs $785 and...there's MORE....needless to say...no I can't hold on to money and I'm rather amused and frustrated by it since having a healthy savings goes a long way in having a downpayment for a house....hey thanks! I haven't had a good funk in a while...think I'll go stew a while...lol ^_^ |
