Hiya, i'm looking into car finance. Please don't tell me to save up - because i genuienly don't have time, as I am moving to another branch of the place I work in January which is a bit of a long commute. I am not sure whats the best way around it - I was looking at car finance, but the adverts make it look VERY expensive - so I was wondering whether the bank would be best.
My problem is, although I work - have a good wage - can afford 300.00 per month repayments - over a 2/3year period I am only 19.
What do you think is the best way for me to sort this? Additional Details Hiya, forgot to say this - im in England, and therefore obviously its 300 british pounds.
you have 4 months to save -- so with 1200 pounds (my keyboard does not have the pound sign) as a downpayment you should be able to go to a bank and get a very reasonable loan -- go to your bank now and talk to the loan officer and tell her/him what you want to do than when the time comes you will know just how much much you can borrow so you will limit your search down a lttle bit -- i would get a mini cooper if it was me!!!

if you can afford 300 a month then save it for 3 months and you can buy a pretty good second hand car for cash.I am selling a skoda felicia with a years mot and 6 months tax and mos cd system for £400 for example.You do'nt have a loan round your neck for evermore then.

The best way would be to compair loans from a bank, and from a credit company.
Both can offer low rates, allways look for the total ammount payable rather than the monthly payment, also consider running costs of the car into the equation.

Most car loans are more expensive, saying that a couple of the car supermarkets do 0% finance.
google for a car supermarket near you see what they are offering.
Have you considered a new car?........most dealers do 0% finance on new motors and 300 quid a month should do it.
