Possibly with asda or tesco value products - I tried something similar with a few friends in summer holidays of college - we stayed in an old barn on my parents land and tried to live for as close to nothing as possible - we were lucky in that we blagged loads of vegetables etc that farmshops didn't sell - we cycled to Tesco (7 miles) and stocked up with loads of value products, also have chickens for eggs which helped and as it was summer we used no electricity and just had camp fires and did some hunting for rabbits and stuff - best time of my life.
The answer is yes - but you'll have to be clever about it, put your cc's in a safe and just use one £20 note |

If you don't smoke or drink, and don't have any social life, or any contact with the outside world, stuck to your computer 24/7, Yeah, why not...but Man...you'll be sad |

You could if you bought baked beans and bread (not branded) from your local supermarket.
40 cans of beans @ 25p each = £10.00
15 loaves of bread @ 50p each = £7.50
plus a little bit of fruit. |

I guess as a single person I could just about get by. It would be pretty horrendous though.
Might be a way of dieting though! |
