No, you can't. When you apply for and use a credit card, you are entering into a legally binding contract. Only an adult can enter into a legal contract. At 15 you are not an adult, therefore you can not enter into a legally binding contract.
You can use prepaid, or gift card, types of accounts, but you can not legally have your own credit card. Your parents can ask to have you added as an authorized user on one of their accounts, which means you are allowed to use their account and have your own card on it, but they would be legally responsible for all charges. |

Yes. I would recommend going to your local bank and getting a secured card (visa or mastercard).
This is a card that has a cash deposit on it. Similar to a debit card but builds your credit.
Because it's secured you can learn how to use your credit without getting into debt. Good Luck! |
