Sounds like a bad risk.
Not knowing your State of Residence. In California I would contact the Labor Relations Board or/and your attorney General.
Sounds like a problem with no end in site.
If you continue working there you will accumulating more unpaid wages.
Tell them you quit! |

Contact your state Labor Commissioner, aka Labor Board. In many states, they can get your money for you, PLUS penalties for every day past the date pay was due, up to thirty days. It would help to know what state you are in, as the laws vary. |

If they have a corporate office number find it, call them, talk to someone in the payroll department and tell them what your problem is so hopefully they can cut you a check but still be looking for another job cause that's what happened to me when i left my last job. Goodluck!! |

Read your employment contract on non-payment of salary. Give the company 7 days from July 13 to pay up or else take it with the Manpower Ministry. Meanwhile, find yourself anoher job. |

I would say if they can't pay you then it's definitely time to find a new job. |

if they don't have money to pay your first paycheck it doesn't sound good. They would still owe you the money, even if you leave.-start looking elsewhere |

they are not reliable and sound very unstable. Insist on your money and get an attorney. Finding a new job is a must. |

there are few "labor law @regulations"you could check with state employment agency in your area.aint noway an employer could hold back your pay because they dont have it.its not legal. |

That is absolutely unacceptable. Practically all businesses have bank lines of credit for extreme circumstances or "normal" cash flow issues (slow paying client, etc.)
Start looking for another job right away, and if you get one, accept it!
And document your work hours very carefully. If they try to stiff you out of any pay, contact your state labor department. |

If you need the money, ABSOLUTELY.
Go and get a job, even if it's just temporary. Something that pays.
And tell your current boss that as much as you would like to stay, you NEED the money, and therefore you HAVE to find a new job.
Good luck! |

Go see a lawyer ASAP. Most states have huge penalties for employers who miss payday. Usually treble damages plus attorney fees, but every state is different. Some states, you're entitled to 30 days of 8 hours a day until you get another job.
Make sure your attorney doesn't recover anything unless you win and make sure the attorney can collect fees from the other side.
Start looking for a new job. Do to your state employment department. Every state has different rules. |
