So basically on Fijiji.com, I was looking for a small dog and I was searching around OC and LA area. However I came upon a person who was giving up their Yorkies for FREE. So I e-mailed him and he emailed me back asking me questions about how if i had experiences with pets, How old I am, etc. So I told him all those information and he said that I can have the puppies. However he notified me that he lives in cameroon, Africa. He said he will just have to get me to pay $190 for 1 puppy or $390 for 2 puppies. I agreed for 2 puppies for $390. Then he told me to go to Western Union to send him the money. However I have read that sending money to strangers through western union is most likely a scam. Is this true? So i asked my friend and he said it is a scam and i wrote a email back to him saying that i want to use paypal to send my payments, but he said his country, cameroon does not have paypal or else he would of used it. He said that he is not a scammer or a fraud and that he is a Christian and he would never do such things. He also said he would never steep so low for these kinds of actions and that 390 is not even enough to feed his family. He said he just wants his puppies to have a good home. So what do you guys think? I gave him my shipping address, but i didnt pay him yet. He said he has made all the arrangements to deliver the puppies to me to arrive to my house tom evening.
