Just say i bring a machinary in front of you that no one has ever seen before and i ask you who knows the function of this machine. You would obviously say the manufacturer or the maker or the creator or the inventor etc. So how do you think the world came out, or the universe and all the nature. If it just came out of no where how can it be so perfect. Okay moving on, the study of embryology right now has just been discovered recently that is about a hundred years ago. But who do you think told about the development of an embryo before 1400 years ago in the Holy Qura'an, obviously the Creator (GOD). Next point, it was only before like 500 years or so people started to admit that the world is spherical in size but then the Quran said this 1400 years ago. Who do you think would have said this, obviously the Creator(GOD). My next point, it was only a few years ago that science told us that the sun rotates on its own axis, but Allah said this in the Holy Quran 1400 years ago in chapter 21 verse 33 ( you can confirm it by referring to the Quran). It was only recently that science says that mountains prevent the Earth from shaking but my Creator, Allah said this 1400 years ago in Chapter 78 Verse 6 and 7. And another point, science only recently found that the universe is expanding but Allah said this in the Quran before 1400 years ago in chapter 51 verse 47. Let me just write down one verse from the Quran about the formation of the rain. Allah says in the Quran (Chapter 30 verse 48)
"It is Allah Who sends the winds which stir up clouds which He spreads about the sky however He wills. He forms them into dark clumps and you see the rain come pouring out from the middle of them. When He makes it fall on those of His servants He wills, they rejoice."
Im not an expert in Islam, but there are people with better knowledge than me and all ill say is- Islam is the true relegion and hope to see you as another brother or sister in Islam. Reading the Quran would clarify all your doubts im sure.

I know and believe but that is the difficulty - it is on faith. I can't show or prove to you in a scientific way. I wish I had that too, but the more I believe the more good things happen. If you don't question you can't have a deep faith. You must seek, it is to easy to give up and just deny the existence. Hard to put into words!!!!! I hope this helps. God Bless. |

God does not exist.
The bible was created to scare people into behaving well. People fear that if they commit sins that they will go to hell. Everyone is afraid of death therefore the knowledge that if they are good they will continue on in an afterlife helps them to behave. The stories are completely made up and some how this book has been taught to naive people for centuries and everyone continues to believe it. I feel that saying there is a god is just a way of scaring people into having morals. That is just my opionion though. I think religion is a good thing most people wouldn't control themselves if they didn't have some fear that they will burn for enterinty.. |

When I start thinking about how to answer this, I know that it's hard to believe by faith alone. I know I have seen things that can't be anything other than my God in whom I believe. I can't back it up, but I do know that I have done many things that certainly could have landed me in a heap of trouble, and instead there was grace, either by what I felt, or by how others treated me because of their own faith. It may sound silly, but ultimately it is FAITH. Can you see wind? Can you see air? Can you see heat or cold? No but you can feel the effect. And do you feel heat or cold the same as someone else? Probably not, and yet you know it's there. |

There is no God. I tried to find defination of God myself but in vain. There is no ghost/evil either. If someone is friendly and very understanding, cooperative then you say he is god and if someone is mean, rude, non-cooperative then you can call him ghost/evil. |

I'm smart enough to know that I *don't* know whether or not a god exists. If one does, though, he/she/it gives no evidence of it in our everyday lives. It's possible that there's a god that's running the universe as a science experiment and is merely sitting back and taking notes, but there's no evidence of any sort of interaction with the world.
Most religions credit god with being omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent, and benevolent. But if that were the case, there is no excuse for the slaughter of innocents that seems to dominate the course of human history. The 2004 tsunami is a perfect example -- what god would allow the death of a quarter million people in such a pointless way?
So if god is out there and wants my allegiance, he/she/it has a standing invitation to prove his/her/its existence to me. Many have said that I, as god's creation, am not allowed to test god, but I counter that if god created me in this manner, then god *knows* that proof is what I would require before pledging my allegiance -- and therefore god can't expect me to behave any other way.

God exists because I believe in Him and He is beyond understanding or such mundane things as proof. Maybe some people who believe in Him come across as ignorant to you, but it's far more ignorant to say that God definitely doesn't exist. And at least faith when used properly can bring out the good in people. I know that without it, I wouldn't be a very good person at all. |

I do thing there is a god.. is just that I dont believe that praying to some guy like jesus . Holy Mary is gonna make a difference .. I mean Christians can be killers but as long as there are sorry for what they did they can go to heaven? wtf but im sure everyone knows theres good and evil in this world. Is just how what you make of it. If you feel the need to pray go for it in the end your actions talk for them selfves |

To exist, means to have mass, energy, occupy space, and persist through time. I define things that exist by this. Things by this definition cannot perceive.
A spirit, has no mass, no energy, does not occupy space, and exists only in "now", and watches time go by. Things that exist, cannot watch time go by. They persist though time instead.
I believe that God is a spirit, and as such, "IS", but God is not a "Thing", and therefore by this definition, does not exist per se.
This meets all the definitions of God. Eternal, that is not affected by time, creative, immortal, and all powerful.
The ability to create is scientificly proven to not be a property of any "thing", and "Things" cannot preceive or think.
By this logic, only something that is "nothing" can create or think, or have awareness of awareness.
Does God exist, well, yes and no.... (SMILE)...
God is, but is not a material thing of existance. |

I can give you no better answer than that given by Aristotle of ancient Greece as he instructed his most famous young pupil, Alexander the Great. Aristotle said that change itself proves the existence of God, in that in order for change to exist there must be an unchangable constant from which all change derives, a "first cause" or the stone that causes the ripples when dropped in to a pond. |

A huge tree and its branches with sweet fruits cannot be seen if we simply open a seed. But it exists, how and who managed to fix all this in a small seed. It is none other than GOD. We can count and say the number of fruits present on a tree, but GOD knows about it in advance when such a tree was in the form of a seed. Have you not seen the GOD in your parents and their service towards you. God need not directly come in front of us to believe in him. Indirectly he serve us by giving good parents, teachers, family, friends and well wishers. Hence I believe in GOD.
When you are in the dark , some thing which is present there cannot be seen by you, because of the darkness. Once the light comes you can able to see that, which you presumed to be absent in the darkness. Being in the darkness some one cannot confirm the absence of GOD. |
