Any savings account. Just ask your employer for a direct deposit form. Most banks have accounts with no minimum to start. Good luck |

Are you talking about retirement accounts (i.e. IRA, 401K)?
Or something like a savings account at a bank?
For retirement accounts, you can find information on any larger bank's website (etrade, jp morgan chase, wells fargo). You can usually get started for a miniscule amount & a commitment to contribute periodicly.
For a savings account, go to any bank branch. Opening balance may be as little as $0-$50. |

Yes, Nationwide have a Cashbuilder account. You cant have direct debits but your wages can be paid in, you get a card for the cash machines |

Barclays have an account called an instant saver and u can have wages paid into that. u can have direct debits and standing orders going out of it too |

Have you contacted EmigrantDirect.com? It takes only $100 to open an account with them. The only problem is that you'll need to have at least a checking account open at a local bank so you can electronically transfer funds from Emigrant to your local bank. That would be the only way to access cash from Emigrant because their savings account doesn't have a checking feature.
Also, check with your payroll department to make sure that they have the capability to do a direct deposit. Not all employers have it. |

The Halifax have an account called a "web saver". but you need an account to trasnfer it into to get it out using a card, you also need internet access.
Account gives you excellant high interest on your savings! |

You can have your wages paid into any account that you choose, as long as they have a sort code and account number or bankroll number. The only difficulty will be if you want to set up direct debits and standing orders from your account, as you are not allowed to do this from a savings account. |
