If you are going to severely limit yourself in your choices of things to do, you are going to be hard pressed to earn ANYTHING..
Its not a matter of what you " want". Us adults have to do things we dont "want" to do, but have to do in order to support our families. The sooner you learn that lesson, the better.
There are no unique ideas for something a CHILD can do. I'm sorry, but the old fashioned doing chores, walking dog, babysitting etc etc etc.. is the way to go.. glamourous or not.... |

If your area has a daily or twice daily newspaper get a job delivering it to homes.Other idea's start you own businesses walking pets for busy people,washing and waxing cars,running errands for your neighbors.Sometimes there are state or town/city organizations that hire teens to do odd jobs for residents.Try checking with the city/town hall where you live about such programs |

Uhmm, Try going to a busy part of town with a friend or parent and set up a lemonade stand. Or make home-made candles and sell them to people. My cousin is 11 and is starting a 'business' where she makes home-made jam and sells it. Whatever you can think of that people don't really have time to make and it is legal to sell it, make it and sell it! My friend used to live by a beach so she made bracelets out of shark teeth she found and sold for 50 cents. Just Be creative :-) |

Even small neighborhoods have pets and people who will pay to have their animals walked, yards cleaned up after the dog and mail picked up on vacation. I pay $60.00 a month just to have someone clean my yard of dog dirt once a week. |

There are many ways to make money before you turn 16 years old. There is a site made just for children underage that wants to make money. Check it out at http://www.mymoneytomanage.com/money-kids.html . That should help. That is good you want to think outside of the box. |

Visit your local politicians office. Come voting time, they will pay you to help them campaign. I did it and so did all of my friends. We were paid $50-$80 a day to stand outside with signs or to stick flyers on ppls cars and in their mailboxes. |
