I always try to value, respect, thank, precious gift as for good cost. Money canno't buy True Love, Health, and Life too. The money is just to survive in daily basic and live less tress. Too much money cause bad habbits, and destroy lives. I have the value of money from Penny to higher and make use for better and go easy.

No money don't change you but reveals your character.
In your hand it is a tool for good or for bad depending how you use it.

I think that all depends on your own mentality, I have been up and down financially in my life, when things have been tight you become a little more desperate and unpredictable, but when things are good you are more at ease and at peace with things, but that is only my experience, luckily I am now quite comfortable, but it took a lot of hard work to get there.

Neither.necessarily.
Money provides you with the opportunity to do good (e.g donations to charity) but money equally allows you the opportunity of wrecking your own life through excess drink and drug abuse.
Poverty may induce people to thieve from others although equally there are many in the world both poor and honest
What money does do is to enable you to pay your bills and in that context it brings with it peace of mind.
In short,it depends on how it is used.

Yes money give much power and people do not know how to handle it. That is why people's attitude changes.

Nothing can change you from good to bad or visa versa. It is the same principle of a lawbidding citizen. You choose to be good and follow the rules of society. The flip side of the coin is prison or if you are a evil person-hell.
