This is absolutely a fraud. I got an almost identical email from someone when I was selling an Ipod Nano on Craig's list. As soon as I started asking questions, I didn't hear from him anymore. Run away from this deal! You WILL be taken. |

This is the kind of scam where you get your money from your bank, the bank later discovers it's a fraud and holds you responsible for the money. Tell him when you have the cash in hand and approval from the bank that it is cash from him and legit, you'll send the toy. |

There is no such thing as Internet fraud.There is a thing called Internet stupid.It sounds like you didn't send any money. You are one of the lucky people not losing any money. People getting cheated on the Internet is a lot higher than the figures show. Sending credit card information over the Internet is the stupidest thing anybody could do. Don't listen to people who talk about how safe it is. There is no 100% safety on the Internet. The fact that Microsoft has been hacked several times should show how safe it is. The mother of the Internet has no safe guards that can't be broken. And the person who did the most damage was 16 years old. LOL |

Yes definitely must be fraudulent. Nobody would pay that much for what you have listed there. Probably want to get your bank account numbers to clear them out. DO NOT give them your account information. Probably a general message they send out to people to attempt to get a bite and then clear out your account when they get the info they need. |

You can report it to Ebay and let them handle it. You can also demand that payment be made through PayPal. If you really have suspicions, just ignore it. But you should still report it. |

anything outside of paypal is questionable. Unless it is a powerseller, I usually stay away from them. You get a bigger protection from ebay with powersellers. Anyways, $2600 for a playstation 2 w/ 16 games seem very expensive. Have you done your research? You can buy a ps3 with 16 games at that price. |
