Beware of Advance fee Loan scams.
ALL "Private Lenders" who ask for fees upfront are scammers...
my Advice: Don't deal with anyone from a foreign country and never use

wire/bank transfer services.. you risk losing your $$ and your mind.
LOAN SCAM - Do Not Pay UpFront Fees.
Do not send money UpFront via Western Union or MoneyGram to any person

or business in the UK, Nigeria or Canada in hopes of getting a loan. If

you do you will learn a hard lesson & never see any Loan money.

Remember, if it sounds too good
to be true, it probably is! NEVER give out your personal information to

those crooks!Always be on guard.

There are plenty of places that offer quick loans for people with bad credit with no-hassle applications and easy requirements.

Some of these lenders even offer 1 minute approvals, and have both secured and unsecured loans, depending on your need and situation. Check the page listed below, it has information and bad credit lenders listed off and on.

unfortunately it will be very difficult to get a loan since your credit is so bad, unless you can talk someone into getting it in their name and paying them, good luck.

Thank you for your question. If your credit is bad this means you probably have a FICO score that is in the middle of 500 or lower. This is very bad credit. There are two ways lenders may look at these scores, one is a habitual non-payer or a situational non-payer. Habitual non-payer is someone who gets financing or loans or credit from somewhere and never repays the loan. Or, bounces checks everywhere and never makes them good. A situational non-payer would be someone who has a long history of medical bills or unemployment, divorce or bankruptcy. Most of the time people with bad credit will not be able to obtain a "personal" loan because of one or the other - mostly because your score is just to low and you are a very high risk - they don't get anything out of loaning you money so they won't. There is no equity in personal loans and you don't have any collateral. It may be better for you to contact all of your creditors and make every effort to negotiate a payment plan so that you can repay your debts. If you go to one of those places that consolidate your bills it may be easier for you to manage but be careful, some of these places only negotiate the monthly payment but your creditors will still contact you because they are trying to collect late fees and or interest. Not only that, this still does not help you with your credit situation, it actually looks bad on your reports when you do finally need a loan for say a car or house later. By the way, every time you apply for a loan and get turned down, the credit inquiry shows up and stays on your credit report for two years - the more inquiries you have the worse it looks. If you have ten inquiries within a very short period of time you won't get any bank or other lender to give you money for any reason. Your better off borrowing money from someone like a family member or friend that trusts you to repay the loan. A fresh start is filing bankruptcy - it no longer has the negative stigma attached to it that it once did and rebuilding your credit from a bankruptcy is easier than trying to repay debt you can't possibly repay and rebuilding from a bankruptcy is faster than trying to repay your debt over time. I wold look into that if you truly need a fresh start and are deeply in debt. I'm talking over 20 or 30 thousand dollars in debt. If you aren't then try to repay your debts. I'm sorry this is not good news for you but it is the reality of your situation. Good Luck.

People with poor credit feel that it is difficult to get personal loans. However, there are many financial companies and banks that provide loans to bad credit applicants. Bad credit personal loans are generally sought<!--by persons who want to consolidate their loans. Some banks prefer to provide loans in an incremental order. First time customers are given loans ranging from $200 to $500, depending on their net income. You can get more about personal loans here,

http://badcredits.awardspace.com/personalloans.htm

These customers can later apply for loans up to $1,500. Loans of greater amounts can be fetched through secured personal loans. These loans are passed by taking your property or home as collateral-->The interest rates on secured loans are lower than unsecured loans. However, there is always the risk of losing your house or property if the loan is not repaid.

Consider the possibility that the problem with your credit is that you keep borrowing! You need a "fresh start", but NOT a loan. You need to STOP BORROWING COMPLETELY! Learn to live on less than you make or get a second job so you can get some traction. Otherwise, you are going to be in a hole for the rest of your life. Read the book below. It has changed the way we handle our money. We have paid off tons of debt & will NEVER borrow again. Best wishes.

If this is your situation the LAST thing you need is a loan. I know if FEELS like you do, but all you would be doing is shifting debt. We see this question at least 50 times a day on this category. Do you notice nobody ever asks "I have great credit, where can I get a loan?" Why would anyone want to loan you money? You've already proven you don't pay back. I'm not trying to insult you, but to get you to move into a different mode to solve this problem. Focus on making money and paying debt, not on borrowing and shifting. You may need to get a part time job and/or radically changing your lifestyle to free up money. But a loan is not going to solve anything.

Today the lenders have started offering nearly all varieties of loans for people with poor credit record. They are also introducing many new loan products meant for this group. Now people with poor credit can get the same choices as those with the good or mediocre credit. Today you can use bad credit personal loans for many purposes like car purchase, vacation or even debt consolidation.

But if you have some assets to offer as collateral, your chances brighten. The primary reason why people with poor credit history do not get loans is because the lenders are scared that the borrowers will default again. But if you can offer collateral, your lender is secure in the knowledge that his money is in safe hands. You have to try and meet the repayment schedule, failing which you lose the asset.

it all works together. your income vs. your debt. if you have to get a payday loan and can barely pay that how do you expect to pay a real loan? lenders what to know their risk (you) is stable.

will your parents co-sign a personal loan for you? that may be your only means. i'd suggest a secure line of credit but since you are already struggling you may not be able to afford the down payment.

if you are going to school talk to your finance counselor about subsidized student loans. those you can defer paymetns until you finish or stop attending regularly. that might help. subsidized loans are almost automatically granted regardless of credit standing just so long as you don't have any outstanding defaulted student loans already. but one thing, subsidized student loans will only pay for school and some of your books that's all. student loans you get directly from a bank are not subsized and cannot be deffered til after school finishes.
