Scam. Banks do not do this. Your bank should have all of this information in the first place so why is someone calling you from your bank? |

Your bank would NEVER ask for your pin number!!
If I got such a call I would hang up, my bank would never call and do that.
Although, if you are in any doubt about the call ask for their full name and department, then tell them you will call the bank on your usual contact number and ask to speak to this person. If they are genuine, they will have no problem with this. If they are not happy with this, ask why not- they are clearly up to no good.
Never ever give out details over the phone like this, unless you are sure it is a genuine call!!
