No, never. Although I have known one girl who was a stripper. When I met her she told me she worked for Arthur Murray Dance Studio. When in reality she was a stripper. She would confide in me that she did not feel worthy to be loved or accepted around "christian people". She was smart, beautiful and a loyal person but she had low self esteem and after she became a stripper for the big money she had even lower self esteem. Everyone of us has to choose who we want our spiritual self to commune with. I mean we are all spirits inside of our bodies. That is the real us, the spirit in our bodies. That is why God said we were all created in His image because God is a spirit. Whoever You are inside that is who you need to hang out with. I have always hung out with people that would stretch me to be greater than what I thought I was. That way you are always going forward, becoming a better person and raising your opinion of yourself. Since we are spiritual beings, when you align yourself in an atmosphere that is not worthy of you it hurts your spirit and why would you want to do that? I tell my kids our minds are photographic. So guard what you look at that you may not want to remember years from now. We may not remember consicously what we see, but subconsiously we do remember. When men look at porn, these are images that can affect them later on in their marriage so they don't give themselves fully to their wife. It's like when a girl is raped, she has that with her all her life, it attaches to her spirit, so too with porn.Anyone can rob a bank, or dance nude or be a prostitute and make big money, but it builds character in you to go through your struggle and figure out a better way for you to make it. Plus why cheapen yourself by stripping because your most prized possession is you, why give it away for money? You are a treasure and far too important to allow yourself to be used to be looked at by perverted old men with dirty minds. Would it not mean more to have a man cherish you and treasure you for who you are instead of having a man look at you as though you are just an object to get off on, and no real value to him other than that? |

No, but I've entertained the idea of stripping for extra money. I'm not sure I have the attitude necessary to strip knowing that I would get evicted if I didn't. I wouldn't enjoy it under those conditions, and it wouldn't be much fun for me.
But I cast no stone. If I found a group of people willing to regularly give me much needed rent money to take my clothes off, I can't say I wouldn't think about it. |
