First, avoid any of these people offering you a loan by sending them information over the net. Most of these are scams, and they should not be posting that here.
As for business' to go to, there are tons of places to go. Most banks have a place that loans to people with slightly bad credit.

As was mentioned by someone else, you could try to get one credit card and consolodate everything onto it. |

If you only need 1600 and can pay 150/ month, you should try applying for a zero or low interest credit card for a year. You could pay off the balance in less then a year 150*12=1800. |

I've got your answer. If you're credit card charges an APR of 30%, you can make payments of $150 to your credit card company, each month and pay off a $1600 credit card balance in 13 months. If you make $200 payments, you can pay $1600 in 9 months. I work for a payday loan software company and it's job to create these payment schedules. http://introxl.com/
The reality is you don't have to refinance this loan, if your goal is to pay it off. You can do it! |

Most payday loans are best when there are no other sources. Some places will even lend with no credit check. sometimes even a pawn shop would be better than a payday loan. .
