you can't get cash fast, no place out there gives "cash"...you may be able to get a loan from your relatives so ask them. If you have a child then your spouse or ex should be paying for them. If you need groceries then have someone take you to welfare and get food stamps. Your county probably has a neighborhood assistance place where you "might" be able to get rent paid for one month (not so sure that you can get a mortgage paid though), and they may be able to pay one month's electric if they know you will be solving your problems soon.
Pack your things and move them into storage or to your family and stay with your family for a while till you can get on your feet. if you can't afford your home then you will go into foreclosure and can't afford it anyway, so plan ahead. Sometimes people turn to friends but that can be a wrong move, depending on if they have been there for you in the past. Some churches also have a storage room with food, diapers, etc. and can give you a one-time assistance. |

call the HUD office in your area or the welfare office.I think you should be able to get some help from the trustees office. Also if there are any missions around like the salvation army and things like that they can help you with food.It is their job to help in times like these so try not to get discouraged. If you are working go get a cash advance loan.*hugs* |

You need to cut down on any expenses you can. Maybe you can have a trusted roommate move in to cover some expenses.
You might want to consider starting a quick business. What skills do you have. If you are good with kids, start a tutoring or day care business on the side. If you are good at organizing, be a personal assistant on weekends. If you are good at cleaning, charge $25 per hour cleaning houses monday and wednesday nights for example.
Be determined and don't lose faith. You have to have drive to protect your little child from being homeless. You might want to think about selling your home and buying a home with a lower mortgage payment or finding a roommate situation with another mother in a similar situation and renting a small home and splitting the bills.
You can ask local curches for help, you can go to a food pantry for food, have a garage sale to raise some quick cash, take a small balance transfer on your credit card (if you have one), get rid of things that aren't nessisary such as cable TV, switch to cheap internet and get rid of high speed internet, consider growing your own garden for emergency food in the future, try getting a seasonal job, take out a home equity line of credit on your home until your can figure things out.
Pray and ask God for guidance. Go to the Library and learn about making better money choices. You can perserver, you just have to feel determined to get out of this mess. |

You have a mortgage, not a rent payment. Selling the house or refinancing are options. Family Services will look at the equity in your house as an asset, so you would have a hard time qualifying for Aid for Families with Dependent Children. You might try a local church group for their food kitchen. |

This is going to sound stupid, but you can make 30-45 bucks selling your plasma.
MANY people are in your same situation now due to the "mortgage crisis."
One of the things about having a child is learning to sacrifice. That means doing without cable, coffee, internet, cigarettes, fast food, snacks, perfumes, lottery, and other non-essential items.
Many people have mentioned contacting churches, Salvation Army, and government agencies. You might also consider the Red Cross.
You might also consider contact Social Security. You child may be eligible to receive benefits if you or the father have worked and paid into the system. (Your child may qualify even if you haven't.)
Finally, sign up at several temp services. Often they can get you a low-paying job the same day depending on your skills. A little money is better than no money. |

you don't have anyone who can loan you?
credit cards, savings?
can you get a bank load to pay for your mortgage?
see if you can get an extention on your current mortgage payment?
a pawn shop where you take in something and they give you money and when you earn the money back you pay them back and get your product back?
i don't know if you work but I'm thinking a job/higher paying job/extra work might need to be found in the long term. I hope that doesn't help for now though :(. sorry. |

If you dont have a job, then look for one, If you have job and you just didnt manage your money accordingly then you deserve whats coming to you and hopefully you will learn to not live paycheck to paycheck. As far as money magically appearing, dont count on it, Im also broke and have been trying to get money for the last 3 months, nothing has worked. You can always collect cans. |
