or, more realisticly buy cookies from asda/sainsburys/morrisons for £1 for 5, and sell them for 50p each or jam/toffee/chocolate filled doghtnuts for £1 for 10, and sell them for 30p-40p, from about 7 packs, you can make £25+ in 20 mins (breaktime), be a bit more a adventures and go for something like 10 packs.

you could ask your parents if you can sell your old toys etc on their ebay account as you have to be over 18 to be a user, or try charging your parents for odd jobs round your home (thats what i used to do) |

I think paper round is ur only option, unless youre lucky enough to find a shop that might employ you, I live in the UK at at 13 my brother worked in a pet shop weighing up dry pet food, and keeping the stockroom tidy.
