I'd absolutely invest it, real estate prices are low now, and there will be an upswing and there will be a major Return on Investment at some point.
It is my opinion that investment in real estate is the soundest form of investment as it has tangible value. You may not make money off it as quickly as other forms of speculation, but even in the unlikely scenario that you lose money on the investment, at least you still have something tangible to hold onto.
Investing in Stocks/Funds etc. under the current market conditions is fraught with too much risk, in my personal opinion, I would advise you to invest in real estate in the current climate.

My thought is this buy a few houses, nice houses and then rent them out to people there is big money in that kind of investing and there is no money borrowing involved. Also try to buy houses in mining towns there is even more money in it for you because miners pay big money for houses for there family's or do some reasearch and find places where there is a high demand for housing and property. |

wow, lucky u!! do both, spend AND invest for ur future. pay people back who u have taken money from (family, friends) give urself a holiday, buy a car, buy a house or whatever with 1/2 of it. and then with the other 1/2 put it away to gain interest over the years. ur set for life! |

Invest 90% into real estate, share, debentures, government bonds, bank FDs and give remaining 10% to friends and relatives in real need for your help. And tell them they need to return it to you once they are out of trouble. In the mean time you continue a normal usual life. if you are a student persuing a graduate course continue with that and complete it with all your abilities. And forget this investment for the time being. if you are a graduate degree holder go for a MBA like thing. So overall give yourself a time period of two to three years dont touch this money, but study the market and make a sound and perfect business plan in these years along with complete your education or have a professional degree. By that this money would have grown to a great extent you would have studied many business ideas and must have zerod in on one of the best of them, now jump on start with a business with all your abilities and once business gets going you can have a personal expenses account as a MD of a company.............................best of luck |
