What do you need $1,000 for when you're 14? That's a predicament. If there aren't any nearby businesses that would hire you (walk to work), try asking your neighbors if they will pay you to do little jobs. Lawn-mowing, walking dogs, or maybe a paper route?

It would be almost impossible to earn $1,000 in a month. You could try getting some yard work around your neighborhood. Also, older people are always needed help fixing things or doing small jobs around the house. You could have a yard sale it you have enough stuff to have one.
You may have to ask your parents for a partial loan once you have shown them you can make some money on your own. Then continue your work you were doing and pay them back. Offer to do a specific job around the house and see if they would be willing to pay you to do it.
Helping the elderly people is the best thing you could do for them and it would make you feel good too. They are always needing help with heavy stuff and yard work. Maybe someone needs some painting done or a house pressure washed. You can offer to wash windows, clean gutters or wash cars, etc. Just about anything you can do, there is someone with a need to have help.
Make up a flyer stating you are willing to do small jobs at a discount price and put them in the mail box or door of your neighbors houses. You will be surprised at how many people need help. You may want to try a paper route also.
