Firstly SAVE money. Cut your spending and learn the ability to discern between what you NEED and what you WANT. Payoff as much debt as possible and strive to be debt free! Secondly, invest as early as possible for retirement, set up an automatic debit each month. Thirdly, purchase real estate and try to payoff the mortgage as fast as possible. Maybe get room mates to help you pay. Maybe buy a cheaper home than you want but pay more that the minimum payment each month! |
