You can purchase debits cards from the bank/walgreens and walmart...

You could buy an Ebay gift card, but I'm not sure about at a bank. You also need a paypal account to use the ebay gift card, some sellers will accept money orders. |

You can get prepaid cards from most banks that work like a credit card (except they're really more like a gift card).
I think you can probably put money into a PayPal account by sending them a cheque. |

A lot of sellers on E bay will take a Bank Money Order. You can take your cash to the bank or even the post office and they will issue you a check to send to the seller. You may need information such as the sellers name and address. Expect to pay a fee for the money order ranging anywhere from .99c on up. |

depends on the seller, some sellers accept pay-pal only. you have to have a debit or credit card for pay-pal. but some sellers accept cash in form of money orders. best of luck |

I have seen Ebay gift cards at stores. Bank gift cards will not work. Its either sign up with Pay Pal and a checking account at a bank OR buy yourself a gift card at a store. You might want to read up on the Ebay gift cards, I have not used one. It is possible you might need a pay pal accnt too. But I do not know I just know how suprised I was to see a ebay gift card, no pay pal gift cards are out here. |

Ebay just recently made PayPal the only acceptable method of payment. There might still be some people who will accept other methods of payment, but they're not supposed to. |

Nowadays, no one on ebay takes anything other than paypal (it's a bad idea to use cash anyways for various reasons). Some banks do have "temporary credit cards" though or "prepaid credit cards". |
