It will probably cost you more than a million dollars to find out. In order to get a million people's attention, you'll have to spend a several million dollars in advertising... tv or radio ads, direct mail pieces, or whatever method you intend to use. You may have to get fifty million or more people who would contribute because far less than that will contribute. There's a break even point that you will have to consider... below that amount and you're operating at a loss. Above that point and you turn a profit. This rationale means that you could end up losing more money trying to get the million responses. Your best bet might be to write a grant proposal to research what method would be most successful in raising that kind of capital. It is not easy to get a grant because there's alot of competition out there but if you are truly focused on getting an answer to your question, you will find backers. |

you know, it'd be great if that could happen, and i've thought about it before, but even then...you'd have to save money along the way. good luck with this idea...all i can think of is to be nice to them and then ask for some money...*they might even give you more than $1...also save up all you gift money... |
