1. Perhaps you can have a yard sale.
2. Do you have anything that you can pawn that you really do not need?
3. Ask your parents if they have any ideas to help you earn the money.
4. You could do errands for people, rake yards,and in some places shovel snow and get paid, don't do too many in one day. No more than 3 small jobs or 2 medium sized jobs. Large jobs require equipment or helpers.
5. Depending on your age you could babysit.
6. Maybe you could do a fund raiser by selling something you know people like.( cookies. sandwiches. sodas. bags of chips. something easy that won't cost a lot to get started.
7. You could clean for some people, like senior citizens and charge like $10.00 a room (for instance: dust the furniture,sweep and mop the floor or vacume, take out the trash. maybe fold up some things pick up all the news papers and make it look neat. easy 10. bucks sometimes older people need help and are willing to pay for it. even if its only $5.00 tell them you are trying to do odd jobs to earn money and sometimes they will let you do stuff just to help you.Even if they really do not need help.

$500 by Feb thats definitely do-able and very easy!
I dont know whether you have a few bucks to invest or not. but that would be very helpful. Since your interested in computers, you could buy a simple domain name for about $7 and promote different affiliate programs. You could easily make hundreds if not thousands by Feb.

If you dont have any money to invest in making money online, then you can do simple sites like a ton of PTC sites. These sites simply pay you money to click on an ad and look at it for 20-30 seconds. You dont even have to be interested in anything on the page. Just wait for the timer to go up. If you do about 5-8 of these sites and tell some of your friends to join too, then you'll easily make your money for your Mac book.
