Doesn anyone know a good way to make a little bit of extra money without getting another job? I need to find a way to earn $250 a month without having to get another job so I won't have to live with my parents or continue working full time if I decide to go back to college this fall.

1. Donate sperm - I took the liberty in looking into this for you and found out that some sperm banks advertise rates of $1 to $45 depending on the quality of the sperm. Another center promises $200 a week for weekly donations for 6 month.
2. Garage Sales - You should go to craigslist and search garage sales, yard sales in your area then buy some items that you can sell for a profit. For example: if you know that a friend is looking for a tv, buy one at a yard sale and sell it to your friend for a couple more bucks.
3. 401k - If you work and your employer provides a 401k with a matching contribution, you can make a lot of money on this alone. I have one at my job they match my contributions up to 6% of my paycheck. For the sake of simplicity, say i got paid $1000 before taxes, 6% of my paycheck will be $60 so that goes to my 401k but because my employer will match me, they're gonna give me another $60 into my 401k. Nice huh?
4. Cut your bills - Making money is also a form of saving money, so if you have something that you really dont need like that netflix subcribtion or reduce your cellphone minutes for a lower rate this month. |

I am in nursing school and I worked full-time for about 2 months of it. It was hell!
Instead of looking to make more money, are there areas where you could cut back on? Like groceries, gas, entertainment?
If you are really in need of the extra, i would say, try to work a TON this summer and put aside the extra $250/month that you will need so you will not only have it when you need it, but also you won't have to work extra hours during the school year. That is what I do now - I worked like 45 hours a week during summer/winter/spring breaks, then I work like 20 hours/month during the school year. I am married though so we do have another income.

U can try buying things at ebay and selling them at a higher price. My friend does it all the time. Just check the different prices, get an item with a low price, see a reasonable selling price, and sell it. |

How's the guy going to invest in stuff if he's not working?
Try giving Plasma..you can usually make about $200 a month just by laying there for an hour or two giving blood. They remove the plasma and put the blood back. |
