When you get that check that should be all the motivation you need.

Get a wife and have kids, you'll realize it that your job is great and gives you lots of money, especially so when you have kids to remind you of that...

One thing that worked for me was something I heard in a speech a long time ago. You make a list of things you like about your job (there are some, even though you might not think so). You could start with the fact that you make good money. Other things I started adding to my list about the job I hated was that it was indoors, I had a desk and a chair, stuff like that. They're small things, but it starts to turn your head around a little thinking about something positive, no matter how minor. Once you start making the list, you'll be surprised how many small things there are that are positive. Then I started thinking up silly reasons why some of the negatives were actually positive.

One of the things the company then decided to do was to desk sharing between the day and night shift. I had a pig of a coworker who had my desk on the night shift. Every morning I had to clean up crumbs, etc., from the desk before I could start work. I started thinking about how those crumbs were probably feeding a whole colony of things and how they would probably evolve over time to take over the whole company. There were a lot of steps in between, but it was so silly and fun it took my mind off the negatives.

Post your list of things you like about your job and look at them throughout the day. Other people who may hate it as much as you will see it and start to think a little more positively, too. In the end, just shifting your attitude a little will help a lot.

I did that for as long as I could stand it (about a year), and it was a happier year for me. Then, when frustration started piling up again, I decided it just wasn't worth it and quit that job. I now work for myself and it's been great.

The money will have to be your motivator.

We need more info....add it, please...Why do you hate your job? Are you abused by boss/customers? Are you bored? Are you on commission? What is your job? What would you rather be doing?

Sit down and figure out where you would like to be in five years Doing what job? Living where? Married or single? Then figure out how much it will cost to get there. There is your motivation.

Well try to spend more time in learning new things at work.. however learn to love your job even if you are not satisfied believe me it helps a lot.

Set up intermediary steps for rewards. For example, once ### is complete, reward yourself with a soda, etc. Or after #### time passes, give yourself a reward. Just make sure the rewards are somethings that you look forward to. Allow the intermediary reward system get you motivated and get you through each day. Change rewards as needed to continue motivation. I use this forum for myself. After I do so much, then I answer a few questions or read a few answers.
Another idea is to get another job.

Apply for a different position within the company. You'll keep the same salary, but you don't have to work for the same boss.

I think lot of money can be earned on internet.

For example, I answered surveys on CashCrate and filled out some free offers and its going very well. And there are no fees to join. It is totally free. You can now login and start earning money immediately!

http://www.*************/index.php?ref=102685

This may not sound like much, but for every person you refer, you get 20% of what they earn. And for every person that one of your referrals refer to CashCrate, you get 10%. It may take some time to build up the number of referrals necessary to make a lot of money, but in time--this could be a great source of income--making money while other people are in a sense, working for you.

And by the way--never join a work at home program that wants you to pay up front. If they were making that much money, they wouldn't need to charge you.

I am not advertising the site but simply giving answer to your question.

Choose something that you want to buy for your self that will take you an entire pay period and keep at your desk and that will be your motivation but when you go home in the evenings look for a new job trust me if you are not happy you are going to start putting unnecessary stress on yourself I'm sure you can find a better job that you are happy with that pays just as much money or more

If the money isn't motivating you anymore, then it sounds like time for a change.

There comes a point when the money (unless it is millions upon millions) doesn't outweigh a decline in personal living. I knew a guy that was getting paid tons of money, but was depressed by his job so much he gained 40 pounds, stopped having fun, developed some heart disease and then died at the age of 45.
