Just buy food at the grocery store. Go to Dollar General or Family Dollar for the cleaning stuff. You can cut the grocery store bill by 2/3 by just buying food at the grocery store. |

Do like every other kid in the world does, and raid your parents' house for stuff like that. They'll kid you about it, but they really won't mind. |

BUDGET...as much as possible. I still live with my parents, but I'll look at something, and say the sign says $18. I automatically round it to like 20...that way I'm spending less money than I think. Make a list of all the things you need, too. And slowly several things at a time, so you don't feel so overwhelmed. I hope this helps! |

Only buy the basic stuff you'll need to use in the next month or two. |

I know that this won't help with the start up groceries but here's a suggestion. After you all moved it either you and your husband or boyfriend should take up hunting. I got this decent size white tail deer which weighed 125 pounds. After it was all butchered I got about 60 lbs of meat from it. That being said, we saved a lot of money from not buying meat. Hope that this helped you just a little. |

Here's just a few tips I've learned during extremely hard times:
1. Buy dishes which use, noodles, rice, and potatoes.
2. Buy store brand stuff. It's not as good most of the time, but by who's standards really?
3. Canned stuff
4. Raman
5. Oatmeal
6. Cornflakes. |

try getting the newspaper and clip the coupons. and for the cleaning items, hit up the local dollar store. its cheaper. try to really get the bare necessities for now. to stretch those bills |

Wholesale. Buy in bulk and you will save a lot of money. For example a twix bar is 40p, but if you buy a box of 200 then they are 9p each.
Please read this article I wrote on wholesale. It will save you a lot of money.
