Buy the big packs of gum when they're on sale. Then sell individual pieces to your friends at school for 25 cents each. A 14yo boy who lives in my neighborhood did that and made $21 profit in just a couple of weeks. Not a whole lot of money but easy, doesn't take a lot of time and can be done in conjunction with other money making endeavors. |

Babysit! I know babysitters make good money. You can make up to $10 an hour with the right family! Its straight cash. You can babysit 4 weekend nights and make $160.00 (if you sit for 4 hours....typical babysitting night for mom and dad to go to dinner and a movie.) Or clean houses, its summer vacation...so offer to clean a neigbor's or one of your parents' friends house I pay my cleaning lady $65 to clean my entire house and it probably takes her 6 hours. |

You could always mow lawns, run errands for the elderly, or wash there windows, or do chores that the elderly really can't do, or you could even try to babysit. Good luck! |

If you're particularly good at something, per say...sewing or drawing, then sew up a couple of pillows or draw some nice pictures and sell them to your friends or your neighbors. If you explain your cause, i'm sure people you know would want to help.
At 13 years old (that's my age, too, so i'm in the same situation) you can't legally work, so your only other choices are to try and get a lot of baby-sitting jobs (I know, I hate it when people say that one, too) and try to rack up as much money from that as possible.
Do chores around the house and ask your parents if you could possibly get paid for it. Be sweet when you're asking them.

you could always try ebay or donate clothes you don't need or use to a donating center close to u they give you "some" money for that make a mowing lawns buisiness and charge $20 for a whole back yard "and" front yard together or $10 for back "or" front yard. Babysitting is a good money raiser all my firends are doing it.good luck! |
