wash cars... thats what i used to do... grab your bike and and empty bucket, a car sponge and shampoo and go round charging people £5 to wash their car... was a good un! |

You could try lots of different ways. The first thing I think is perhaps a paper round if your parents allow it, I think on average or certainly where I live it pays around £25 a week. Alternatively you could go round offering to wash cars or do odd jobs for people. There have been many kids that have been to our house asking to wash cars etc and we usually always take them up on it. You could offer to wash pots at local cafe or even walk dogs?
Obviously your not going to make a fortune at 13 but if you prepare yourself and are good mannered and polite then thats a good start |

do odd jobs for some people, fixing this or that or helping with people's yards.
make sure you trust them though, don't just go door to door if you don't know the person. you don't want to be in their garage helping them with the car or something if you don't even know them.

people at my school have done it and earnt like £300 a month
you buy sweets from a cheap local shop or a cashandcarry/wholesalers. and then secretly sell them to your friends at higher pricers who will be craving sugar from the new government imposed healthy eating policies. ;) lol
but it is more risky selling it to the whole school as its bound to leak out to teacher. just a word of warning. a good time to do it is maybe on buses to and from school as theres noone about to catch you. lol
but the person as before mentioned got found out and excluded and had to give the money back. lol
so its up to you
if not, you could offer to walk dogs, clean cars, babysit if your responisble enough to close family friends (ppl wont want to let you if ur a stranger) or you could even ask your parents if theyd be willing to give you extra pocket money for helping out around the house. or get a paper round or a washing up job in a restaurant
